Super Junior Ended Their First Solo Concert in France with Great Success as the First Korean Group Artist!

The king of global Korean-wave, Super Junior, ended their first solo concert in France with great success as the first Korean group artist.

SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR ‘SUPER SHOW 4’ in PARIS was held at the ‘Le Zenith de Paris’ in France on April 6th at 8:00 p.m. and many fans from European countries including France, the UK, Germany, Poland, Hungary, etc. had gathered at the venue to watch the concert.

At the concert, Super Junior performed their hits including, ‘SORRY, SORRY,’ ‘BONAMANA,’ ‘Mr. Simple,’ etc., songs from the 5th album and each member’s unit stages for about 7,000 audiences.

Also, Super Junior communicated with fans more closely with their wit and ment in French they had practiced and The Grace DANA&SUNDAY, the special guest, presented the performance of ‘One More Chance.’

All throughout the concert, the audience enjoyed the performances by dancing, singing in Korean and mastering all of the Korean chants. Also, the audience gave a special event in which they all held up cards saying ‘We love you Super Junior’ and sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to Eunhyuk and Siwon.

Claremont(19-year old), who watched the show, said, “The concert was entirely different. I can′t forget how moved I was by it,” while another fan named Charlotte(24-year old) said in tears, “I can’t believe I’ve seen Super Junior in person. It was the greatest concert and I’m really thankful they came to France.”

In addition, a special program from MBC spotlighting Super Junior’s concert in Paris and members’ activities is scheduled to be aired at the end of April.

Meanwhile, Super Junior will hold their ‘SUPER SHOW4’ in Shanghai, China on April 14th and in Jakarta, Indonesia on April 28th and 29th.

Donghae & Eunhyuk’s Japanese Single ‘Oppa, Oppa’ Ranked 2nd on the Oricon Weekly Chart! 

Donghae and Eunhyuk have been making remarkable activities in Japan.

The first single ‘Oppa, Oppa’ of Donghae and Eunhyuk, which was released on April 4th, also ranked 2nd on the Oricon weekly chart following the daily chart and it proved Super Junior’s high popularity once again.

Especially, without any promotions or activities in Japan, the single took the 2nd place on the Oricon weekly chart following the Japanese famous rock band B’z and ranked 1st on the Single chart(2012/4/2-2912/4/8) announced by TOWER RECORDS, a Japanese large record shop.

Moreover, a ‘Sold-Out’ sign for the single was put in various record shops including TOWER RECORDS and TSUTAYA since the evening of the day the single was released.

Also, since Donghae and Eunhyuk will have a premium mini live event at the Shibuya AX Hall in Tokyo on April 11th to celebrate the release of their first single in Japan, it is exepcted to receive an explosive response.

Meanwhile, Super Junior will release the 3rd single ‘Opera’ on May 9th in Japan and is scheduled to hold ‘SUPER SHOW 4’ at Tokyo Dome for 100,000 audiences on May 12th and 13th.
